Job Description: Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base in Kolkata Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and influencers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and customer needs. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team within the assigned territory. Provide guidance, motivation, and support to maximize their potential and performance. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies, pricing policies, and promotional activities to drive sales growth. Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met. Product Promotion: Organize product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional events. Conduct presentations and technical discussions with customers as required.
